Meet the Cast and Characters
Conductor Casey (Boden Woodard) - The conductor of the Midnight Express. Always teaching. Wise yet playul.
Maxine (Gigi Loyd) - Sweet and scared of her own shadow. Knows she is scared of almost everything and is desperately seeking to be brave.
Lilah (Rozelyn Christensen) - Nurturing. Playful. Has a dream to one day be an actress on stage performing with her best friend Sophie.
Sophie (Ava Sandford) - Sharp. Quick witted. Also has a dream to have a successful career on stage with her best friend Lilah.
Milo (Liam Meyer) - A tad mischievous. Humorous. Always hungry.
Lady Licorice (Daryna Poindexter) - Keeper of the Sweets. Queen of Candyland.
Aurora (Miriam Christensen) - Guardian of the Skies and Dreams. Aims to keep peoples dreams from being shattered, by playing it safe.
Myrtle (Maya Brookover) - A slightly scorned baker with a traumatic past experience. Secretly sweet inside.
Story Synopsis
4 travelers meet the conductor of a magical train and get to hop on board the Midnight Express which takes them to worlds beyond their wildest imagination. They meet many creatures and people along the way and learn valuable lessons in each world that they visit.
Train Station
A wandering group of travelers encounter a mysterious train conductor who seems to appear out of thin air. With a knowing smile, he invites them aboard a shimmering, otherworldly train—one that glides between enchanted lands, each holding a lesson waiting to be discovered.
Candyland
In a land of treats and delights, the travelers are welcomed by Lady Licorice, the keeper of sweets. With a twirl of her candy-striped wand, she teaches Milo that the joy of treats becomes even sweeter when they’re shared with friends
Under the Ocean
Maxine steps into the wide, shimmering Ocean, where she learns that the things that seem different aren’t always something to fear. The sea itself teaches her to face her worries with courage and curiosity.
Skyland
Sophie and Lilah step into the Realm of Dreams, where they must prove to Aurora, its radiant keeper, that their dream of being on stage is worth the courage it takes to chase it. Together, they learn that some dreams shine brightest when you dare to fight for them.
North Pole
The travelers soon put their lessons to the test when they meet Myrtle, a villager who refuses to share her cookies. With patience and kindness, they help her see that facing her fears and reaching out to others is the first step toward building a community that can truly grow and change together
